Speed Limit

Brass Spur Lane is a private gravel road leading to Trinity Ranch Idaho.
Please respect our neighbors, children at play, and wandering farm animals by driving 10 mph or less. We will kindly remind guests to adhere to this request when necessary.

Accepted Method of Payment

Bed & Breakfast: We gladly accept Credit Cards, PayPal and Cash. Full payment for overnight accommodations are required in advance.

Equine Assisted Programs: Trinity Ranch Wellness is a private pay facility. Payment is required in advance for all equine sessions, lessons or training. We gladly accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Personal Checks and Cash.

For Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, please check with your private medical insurance companies for mental health benefits as we do not guarantee insurance payments. Your licensed Mental Health professional may be able to assist you by working with your medical insurance provider for partial payment of equine-assisted psychotherapy, mental health services. We gladly accept grant funding, donations, and scholarship funding for clients enrolled in our Veterans program, Horse Powered Reading and Stable Moments programs.

Accessibility

Bed & Breakfast: Our multi-level log cabin does not meet the requirements of the Federal accessibility standards and guidelines. The main floor of the cabin is accessible but other floors can only be reached by stairway, including rooms available for overnight stays.

Equine Assisted Programs: Equine assisted programs and activities are held outdoors in a sand-arena setting or in a close-proximity natural grass pasture. Please give us a call to help us understand how we can accommodate your needs related to the Federal accessibility standards and guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

Bed & Breakfast: As a family-owned and managed Bed & Breakfast property, cancellations, changes and no-shows affect us greatly. We understand that unfortunate events may cause a needed change or cancellation of your intended stay with us. Please note our policy on reservation cancellations, changes and no-shows below.

Individual Bookings

  • Full payment is required at time of booking for confirmed accommodations.
  • We honor a full refund of your reservation if cancelled within 24 hours of booking, except for reservations made within 48 hours of arrival date.
  • We honor a 50% refund for cancellations made prior to 48 hours of arrival date.
  • Date changes of confirmed reservations may be considered when made at least 48 hours in advance of arrival date. We do not guarantee accommodation availability for reservation change requests. Our ability to reschedule reservations may vary with special rates, groups, events and online bookings, and we withhold any obligation or liability to do so.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged 100% for the first day plus 50% of any additional days booked.
  • Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled reservation without notice will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Group/Event Packages

  • For group and event packages, a deposit of 50% of your total stay is due at time of booking with remaining balance due a minimum of 14 calendar days prior to reservation date of arrival.
  • Packages cancelled prior to 14 days of your stay/event will be charged only for expenses already paid on your behalf.
  • Deposits will be forfeited for reservations cancelled less than 14 calendar days prior to arrival date, but more than 48 hours prior to your stay/event, plus any expenses already paid on your behalf.
  • Please contact us for any change requests. We may at times be able to accommodate a rescheduling of your group/event reservation to avoid forfeiture of your deposits, if change request is received and acknowledged by host a minimum of 48 hours prior to your stay/event. Our ability to reschedule reservations may vary with special rates, packages and online bookings and we withhold any obligation or liability to do so.
  • Packages cancelled within 48 hours of your stay/event will be charged the full quoted rate.

Equine Assisted Programs: Trinity Ranch Wellness requires a 24-hour advance cancellation notice. Clients who ‘No-Show’ for an Equine Assisted Therapy or Psychotherapy session, horsemanship lesson, or Horse Powered Reading session or appointment without 24-hour advance notice will be fully charged for the missed session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session or appointment time. We can accommodate equine activity late arrivals of up to 15 minutes. Any arrival after 15 minutes will be facilitated as a non-equine assisted session. If you are running late for your appointed session time, please call Diane at (208) 859-9834 and leave a message.

Check-in Location

Bed & Breakfast: Check-in information at Trinity Ranch Bed & Breakfast will be provided via email upon reservation confirmation.

Equine Assisted Programs: Check-in for equine activities or sessions at Trinity Ranch Idaho is located at the Trinity Ranch Wellness office, located near the arena and parking area. If a previous session is taking place in the arena, please respect privacy and remain at the office. We will be with you shortly to check you in for your appointment or session.

Check-in / Check-out Time

Bed & Breakfast: We generally greet our guests for Check-in between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm, with Check-out by 11:00 am. If your intended arrival time is after 10:00 pm, please give us a call and let us know. We will gladly leave the lights on for you with instructions to your room! Trinity Cabin quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 6:30 am and we kindly ask that you be respectful of our other quests and your hosts during these times.

Earlier Check-in and later Check-out may be accommodated with additional fee, advanced notice and host agreement.

Equine Assisted Programs: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session or appointment time. We can accommodate equine activity late arrivals of up to 15 minutes. Any arrival after 15 minutes will be facilitated as a non-equine assisted session. If you are running late for your appointed session time, please call Diane at (208) 859-9834 and leave a message.

Cleaning Fee

There is a cleaning fee associated with booking overnight stays at Trinity Ranch Idaho Bed & Breakfast. The cleaning fee is $25 per room accommodation, unless you leave the place a mess and we must spend longer cleaning up.

Damage Deposit

We sometimes request damage deposits for special events, but guests are responsible for damage to the facilities regardless of whether a damage deposit is requested.

Meals

Bed & Breakfast: Morning country-style breakfast is included. Coffee, tea and juices are served at 7:00 am, followed by cold-breakfast options at 7:30 am, and farm-style hot breakfast served between 8:00 am – 9:00 am   Dietary breakfast restrictions accommodated with advanced notice. Trinity Ranch Idaho B&B provides guests with 24-hour coffee, tea, and water. Guests are responsible for all other meals and beverages. We do not allow food in the private rooms and guests are welcome to use the dining room, kitchen seating or patio. We are happy to provide a list of local eateries, coffee houses, wineries, and craft breweries. Guests may use outdoor BBQ upon request.

Equine Assisted Programs: Meals are not provided. Catered meals may be provided during special group events, as part of a designated program, or upon request for all-day sessions.

Minimum Stay

Bed & Breakfast: Two (2) night minimum stay is preferred on weekends, Friday – Sunday. No minimum stays during midweek, Monday – Thursday.

Non-Smoking

All facilities and property areas at Trinity Ranch Idaho are non-smoking only, not allowed anywhere on the property, including Vaping and E-Cigs. No candles, incense or open flames are allowed within private rooms or bathrooms. We ask that you be considerate of other guests if you do choose to smoke and take a walk away from the property.

We strictly adhere to our non-smoking, candle and incense policy inside our log cabin, private Bed & Breakfast rooms, as well as onsite of our private property. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file a minimum fee of $250 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and/or replacing upholstered furniture, window treatments, rugs and bedding if it is determined that a guest has violated this smoking, candle or incense policy.

Parking

Bed & Breakfast: Parking space is available on the right side or west side of the Trinity Wellness office building in the designated GUEST PARKING area. We will kindly remind guests to adhere to this request when necessary.

Equine Assisted Programs: Parking space is available on the right side or west side of the Trinity Wellness office building in the designated GUEST PARKING area. Please do not park in front of the equine program office building, unless directed to do so. We will kindly remind guests to adhere to this request when necessary.

Pets

Bed & Breakfast: Not permitted. However, if you have an exceptionally well-trained and behaved dog, please call us directly. Service Pets permitted. If allowed, dogs must remain on leash AT ALL TIMES. There is an additional $25 Non-refundable Pet Fee (per pet) required along with agreement to pay for any and all actual damages and/or cleaning fees. We do ask that you clean up after your pets, so we don’t find ‘land-mines’ outside the buildings! We will kindly remind guests to adhere to this request when necessary.

Equine Assisted Activities: No pets and/or dogs are allowed on the premises. Please leave your family pets at home. We will kindly remind guests to adhere to this request when necessary.

Privacy

Bed & Breakfast: Overnight stays at Trinity Ranch B&B are accommodated in a family home and cabin. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 6:30 am. Please be respectful of other quests and your hosts during these times. Our beautiful custom-built log cabin is rustic, and it is typical to hear creaking floors and logs checking (popping sound) from heat or cold. Upon arrival, please do not approach any Equine Assisted session or activity being held in the arena or pasture area. These are private sessions and require confidentiality. Please check in with your hostess at the cabin and if you would like we will gladly introduce you to our equine family during available non-session times. We will kindly remind guests to adhere to this request when necessary.

Equine Assisted Programs: We appreciate privacy. Upon arrival at Trinity Ranch Idaho, please do not approach any equine assisted session or activity being held in the arena or pasture area. These are private sessions and, in most cases, require high-confidentiality. The program director, onsite mental health professional, or a program volunteer will greet you at the Trinity Wellness, Equine Program Office to conduct intake assessments or pre-session program registration. Please remain at the Trinity Wellness office until a facilitator greets you and provides access to the arena or session area. Trinity Ranch Idaho is a private facility, working ranch. We request that client guests do not wander the facility or ranch at leisure, and that client guests do not approach the arena or activity area during sessions. Please remain at the Trinity Wellness office or parking area. We will kindly remind guests to adhere to this request when necessary.

Seasons

Bed & Breakfast: All rates are subject to change without notice.
Low Season: Tuesday following Labor Day Weekend – December 20th
January 4th – Friday prior to Memorial Day Weekend
High Season: December 21st – January 3rd
Friday of Memorial Day Weekend – Monday after Labor Day Weekend

Special Events

If you would like us to host a special family event at Trinity Ranch Idaho, please give us a call! With ample amount of notice, we may be able to accommodate your request. We have access to local caterers and special event planners who can help provide you with a special meal or touch to make your event successful.

Suitability

Bed & Breakfast: Trinity Ranch Idaho B&B primarily caters to couples and single travelers, however children are welcome when traveling with their family. We love to book getaways for individuals, couples, families and groups for special events. Crib and high-chair is available upon request. For families traveling with small children we ask that you respect our other guests and closely attend as our unique log cabin has many stairs and common spaces.

This is a working equine ranch and we have many outdoor family members including dogs, cats, chickens, and of course horses. Our farm animals are family-friendly and we love to share. We do request that you do not approach the horses, fences, or corrals without prior permission from your hosts. Trinity Ranch Idaho is a working ranch and we may have Equine Assisted programs and clients in session.

This is a farm and customers susceptible to environmental or pet allergies may need to take extra precautions. Please ask upon arrival or give us a call if you have any questions!

Equine Assisted Programs: We gladly accommodate children ages 6 and up, and we make no exceptions. Equine assisted programs/activities at Trinity Ranch Idaho are not suitable for children under 6.
